Potential buyers include financial investors such as Platinum Equity and One Rock, with the possibility of consortium bids due to the scale of the business. Flora Food Group operates globally with sales of €3 billion and is present in 100 countries. KKR had previously aimed to shift the portfolio to plant-based products by 2025 but later abandoned this plan.
