18GYM and Stay Fit Gym are merging to form a dual-brand platform with over 120 clubs and 130,000 members in Romania. The transaction will enhance their market presence and is expected to finalize within four months, pending regulatory approvals. Until then, both companies will operate independently. Enterprise Investors will hold a significant minority stake in the new entity, while existing investors will exit. Stay Fit Gym, founded in 2012, has grown to 77 clubs, while 18GYM operates 45 clubs mainly in northern Romania. The new company will be led by Vlad Ronea and Alexandru Lascăr, along with other key founders.
