The Confederation of Employers Concordia and the National Union of Road Transporters of Romania (UNTRR) highlight problems such as app crashes, incorrect route restrictions, and discrepancies in toll calculations. They warn that small transport companies, which make up 80% of the sector, could face bankruptcy due to repeated fines. The organizations are advocating for urgent legislative action to address these issues and allow firms to resolve discrepancies before penalties are imposed.
