Transportatorii cer oprirea amenzilor TollRo: 2.000 de lei la fiecare 12 ore. „Poate însemna faliment până la sfârşitul anului”

The Confederation of Employers Concordia and the National Union of Road Transporters in Romania (UNTRR) urge Parliament to urgently adopt a bill to suspend fines from the TollRo system until April 1, 2027, or until it is fully operational. They emphasize that transporters should not be penalized for issues beyond their control, such as application malfunctions and incorrect road restrictions. The fines can reach 2,000 lei every 12 hours, which poses a significant risk of bankruptcy for small transport companies. The organizations highlight the need for legislative action to address these challenges, especially as fuel prices have risen over 40% this year, further straining transporters' margins.
