Radu Dinescu from UNTRR expressed concerns about the financial strain on companies facing fines of up to 2,000 lei. He indicated that many companies could face insolvency due to these penalties. Daniel Niculescu, also from UNTRR, suggested that protests could mirror previous demonstrations related to RCA issues. Meanwhile, CNAIR reported that technical issues with the TollRo platform have been resolved, but sporadic problems may still occur, and drivers will not be fined if they attempted to pay but were unsuccessful.
