Transport alternativ: Operatorii de ridesharing pot obține autorizațiile și ecusoanele doar online, printr-un nou sistem informatic ARR - StartupCafe

Starting September 18, 2026, the Romanian Road Authority (ARR) will transition to an online system for submitting documents and issuing permits for alternative transport operators. Physical submissions will no longer be accepted. Operators must create and validate their accounts in the new system to request permits and badges. A transition period from September 18 to 23 will assist operators in this process without affecting legal deadlines for requests.
