Transgaz reported a consolidated net profit of 303.7 million lei for the first half of 2026, down 41% from 2025. Despite the decline, the profit exceeded budget expectations by 11%. Revenues from operating activities fell by 3%, while operating expenses rose by 14%. The financial result dropped significantly, leading to a net profit decrease. However, individual results showed a smaller decline than anticipated, with lower operating expenses contributing positively. The subsidiary Vestmoldtransgaz experienced a 113% increase in revenues, driven by gas transport activities. Transgaz continues to expand its operations, including investments in hydrogen and other energy-related activities.
