Transgaz has signed new contracts worth €129 million with major players in the gas market, ensuring significant energy flows and revenue for the company. The agreements, totaling 688 million lei, include annual contracts with Romgaz, OMV Petrom, E.ON, and Engie, effective from October 2026 to October 2027. These contracts are crucial as they exceed 10% of Transgaz's net revenue for 2025, as per regulatory requirements. OMV Petrom's contracts total 463 million lei over the past year, while Romgaz's agreements amount to 338 million lei. E.ON and Engie contracts contribute 321 million lei and 320 million lei, respectively. Transgaz's shares fell by 0.3% following the announcement, with a market capitalization of 16.3 billion lei.
