Transelectrica, profit net de 356 milioane de lei în primul semestru / Creştere cu 39% / Cantitatea de energie electrică tarifată a scăzut cu 2,3%

Transelectrica reported a net profit of 356 million lei in the first half of 2026, a 39% increase from the previous year. The gross result rose by 63% to 427 million lei, while EBITDA increased by 33% to 541 million lei. Operational revenues grew by 19% to 1.365 billion lei, driven by transport and interconnection capacity allocation. Operational expenses rose by 9% to 1.022 billion lei. The net import of electricity decreased by 68%, and a financing agreement for the 'Smart Grid' project was signed, amounting to approximately 207 million euros, with Transelectrica's share being 70.7 million euros.
