A 53-year-old man drowned in the Teleajen River while attempting to cross it with a cart in Izvoarele, Prahova County. Rescue efforts were hampered by strong currents, and after hours of searching, he was found deceased. Firefighters located the horse and cart but faced challenges due to a waterfall in the river. Multiple teams were involved in the search, including ten firefighters and various emergency vehicles.
