A 24-year-old police officer, Nicolae Hangiu, tragically died in a car accident in Constanța while off duty. He was a passenger in the vehicle involved in the incident on DN 21. The Constanța Police Inspectorate expressed deep sorrow over his loss and extended condolences to his family. Hangiu had recently graduated and was beginning his career in law enforcement.
