Traficul pe aeroporturile din București a crescut la un record de 8,45 milioane de pasageri

Air traffic at Bucharest airports increased significantly in the first half of the year, reaching 8.45 million passengers. The two airports recorded a 5.08% rise compared to the same period in 2025. Aircraft movements also rose by 3.37%, totaling 68,367 landings and takeoffs. The growth is attributed to a new management strategy focused on attracting airlines and optimizing airport infrastructure. Henri Coandă Airport surpassed 7.7 million passengers, while Băneasa Airport set a record with 745,674 passengers, exceeding its total for 2025. The management emphasizes maintaining high safety and security standards.
