A recent EU report reveals that 0.8% of Romanian youth aged 15-34 used amphetamines in the past year. Bulgaria ranks second in Europe with 4.3%, while Estonia leads at 5.1%. Finland, the Netherlands, and Croatia follow with 4%, 3%, and 2.3% respectively. Spain, Ireland, and Belgium also report 0.8%, with Lithuania at 0.6% and Luxembourg at 0.3%. The lowest rates are in Malta and Slovakia at 0.1%.
