Brașov has seen significant growth in job availability, now ranking second, while Ilfov, Cluj, Iași, Constanța, and Timiș follow. Most job offers target entry-level candidates, making up about 60% of listings. Average net salaries range from 5,000 to 6,500 lei, with Bucharest offering the highest. Some counties, like Harghita and Mehedinți, have fewer job openings, prompting candidates to seek opportunities in larger cities.
