Topul domeniilor cu cele mai mari salarii: IT-ul rămâne lider

The average net salary in IT reached 8,000 lei, a 5% increase from the previous year. Other high-paying sectors include oil/gas and research/development. However, real purchasing power has declined due to inflation, with employee salary expectations exceeding actual salaries by 30%. The largest discrepancies are in IT, where expectations are 50% higher than offered salaries. Conversely, sectors like retail and food services have the lowest salaries, averaging around 4,300 to 5,500 lei.
