Toni Neacșu: Guvernul demis adoptă hotărâri nelegale
Lawyer Adrian Toni Neacșu criticizes the dismissed government for adopting decisions beyond its constitutional limits. He claims that at least two government resolutions violate legal competencies and could be annulled in court. Neacșu highlights that these resolutions establish new public policies, which a dismissed government cannot legally implement. One resolution concerns a performance contract with CFR, committing the state until 2030, while another introduces a state aid scheme for potato production starting in 2026. He warns that even if these measures are politically popular, they remain subject to judicial review.
