Toni Neacșu explică demiterea Adrianei Săftoiu de la TVR

Toni Neacșu, a former CSM member, discussed the Constitutional Court's decision to replace Adriana Săftoiu at the helm of the Romanian Television Society, alleging parliamentary fraud favoring PNL. He claimed PNL received three board seats despite being entitled to two, while AUR and USR received only one each. Neacșu criticized the delay in publishing the court's decisions, suggesting it was to protect PNL from immediate consequences. He pointed out that the court's rulings were known since April 2026 but were not acted upon due to procedural delays, allowing PNL to benefit from illegal leadership for months. He concluded that the court's actions were biased in favor of PNL.
