Toni Neacșu, analiză în cazul Călin Georgescu: „L-au martirizat”

Georgescu, a former presidential candidate, was placed under judicial control for 60 days after being detained by DIICOT. Neacșu argued that the prosecution's motives for seeking preventive arrest were not based on legal grounds but rather on a perceived general public danger. He emphasized that the information leak likely originated from the prosecution, which he believes was intentional. The court decided on judicial control instead of preventive arrest, a decision that DIICOT has contested.
