The National Union of Road Transporters in Romania (UNTRR) suggests reactivating physical sales points for toll tickets to alleviate these issues. Recent technical failures have caused transport disruptions, and while the infrastructure company has promised no penalties for affected users, the core problem remains unresolved. Additionally, the application fails to accurately reflect the road network, complicating operations for transport companies. UNTRR advocates for a temporary solution to allow ticket purchases at gas stations and former distributors, aiming to ease the burden on drivers and improve operational efficiency.
