TollRo applies to vehicles over 3.5 tons, with fees based on distance, weight, and road type. Payments can be made in advance or based on distance traveled via a mobile app. From October 1, services will be managed through the TollRo app and website. Existing road tax remains valid until the specified date, with the current system ceasing on September 30. Electronic payment interoperability with EU systems will start on January 15, 2027.
