The National Meteorological Administration issued a weather alert for strong winds and mixed precipitation, including snow, in various regions. Wind gusts may reach 70 km/h, with colder than usual temperatures expected. The first yellow alert is valid from October 13 to 14, affecting Dobrogea and parts of Moldova and Muntenia. A second alert will follow, also predicting strong winds in these areas.
