TNF 2026: București și Ilfov generează peste jumătate din cifra de afaceri a companiilor de top din România • Newsweek România

The National Top of Firms (TNF) 2026 report reveals that Bucharest and Ilfov account for over half of Romania's top companies' revenue. The report, presented by CCIR, includes 12,943 companies with a total revenue of €299.47 billion and an operating profit of €26.52 billion. Bucharest alone has 3,413 companies generating €132.01 billion, while Ilfov contributes €26.99 billion. Other notable regions include Argeș, Cluj, Timiș, and Bacău. Sibiu shows the highest profitability rate, while Giurgiu leads in revenue per employee. CCIR has been compiling TNF since 1994, analyzing nearly a million financial statements for this ranking.
