The Ministry of Finance is launching a new edition of the Tezaur state bonds program, offering tax-free interest rates up to 7.15% annually. From September 7 to October 2, 2026, individuals can invest in bonds with maturities of 1, 3, and 5 years. The bonds can be purchased online or at Treasury units, and the income generated is tax-exempt. Investors can also cancel subscriptions during the subscription period. The funds raised will be used for budget deficit financing and public debt refinancing. A guide for transferring funds back to personal bank accounts is also available.
