Ţiriac Leasing IFN SA pierde definitiv procesul cu Consiliul Concurenței

The High Court of Cassation and Justice upheld the Competition Council's decision against Ţiriac Leasing for breaching competition laws by exchanging sensitive commercial information. In 2020, the Competition Council fined multiple companies, including Ţiriac Leasing, for participating in this anti-competitive practice. The court confirmed that these companies received detailed financial information from competitors, allowing them to adjust their commercial strategies accordingly. Although Ţiriac Leasing initially contested the decision, the High Court ultimately supported the sanctions imposed by the Competition Council. Other companies also faced similar rulings, while some did not challenge the decisions.
