The National Agency for Payments and Social Inspection (ANPIS) announced changes to the procedures for placement allowances and support benefits for young people leaving the special protection system. The new regulations aim to support the socio-professional integration of individuals up to 26 years old who continue their studies or are employed. Young orphans can receive placement allowances beyond 18 if they pursue education, with support extended for up to two years. Mandatory counseling is now required for youth exiting the protection system, ensuring they receive necessary guidance. Additionally, retroactive benefits can be claimed starting April 10, 2026, under specific conditions.
