The National Agency for Payments and Social Inspection (ANPIS) announced changes to the procedures for placement allowance, support indemnity, and youth indemnity to ensure ongoing financial support for young people leaving the special protection system. The new regulations aim to facilitate socio-professional integration for individuals up to 26 years old who continue their studies or have jobs, allowing them to request retroactive financial rights. Support measures for studies have been extended, enabling orphans to receive placement allowance beyond 18 if they continue education. Mandatory counseling is now required for youth exiting the protection system, and payments will not be suspended for students submitting enrollment certificates regularly. Retroactive indemnity requests can be made starting April 10, 2026, under specific conditions.
