TikTok has removed posts related to the false narrative of a 'black ambulance' kidnapping children, following a request from the National Audiovisual Council (CNA). The platform also deleted all content tagged with #ambulantaneagra and will monitor related messages. This action was prompted by a violent incident involving an ambulance in Cluj, which raised public concern about the misinformation. The CNA analyzed 90 materials and found violations of the law regarding objective public information, leading to unanimous action against the illegal content. Seven individuals were arrested in connection with the attack on the ambulance.
