Teroristul Omar Hayssam poate rămâne în România. Instanța i-a admis contestația. Decizia e definitivă

The Bucharest Court of Appeal has accepted Omar Hayssam's appeal against his removal from Romania to Syria, citing health concerns. The court annulled the public custody order, allowing the withdrawal of security measures. However, the removal process will continue based on his health status. Hayssam's defense argues that he suffers from advanced Parkinson's disease and risks during transport. Additionally, he faces a prison sentence in Syria, complicating his return. The General Inspectorate for Immigration insists on his removal, noting his refusal to return could lead to evasion of the order. Hayssam has been convicted in Romania for serious crimes, including terrorism.
