The issues are expected to be resolved by 3 PM today, August 17. Currently, the heating system is operating at 59% capacity, affecting 9.1% of buildings with hot water deficits and 32.3% of buildings completely shut down. The shutdown was necessary for the relocation of a water meter, impacting the supply of raw water essential for the heating process.
