The heating system operates at 79% efficiency, but many residents are affected by various issues. Major works have started in sectors 4 and 5 as part of a rehabilitation project for the heating system. These interventions will temporarily impact numerous thermal points, affecting over 1,800 blocks. The restoration of hot water supply is expected to occur in stages, with some areas facing delays until early October. The situation remains critical, with over 3,300 blocks experiencing inadequate hot water supply.
