Terenuri expropriate pentru Autostrada Sibiu–Făgăraș: proprietarii din Racovița, chemați să depună actele

The Racovița Municipality has announced the initiation of compensation procedures for property owners affected by the Sibiu–Făgăraș Highway expropriations. Starting September 1, 2026, a commission will evaluate compensation claims for private properties. Lists of expropriated properties are available at the municipality's office. Affected individuals can submit claims with supporting documents to the municipality's secretary. Notifications regarding the commission meeting will be sent to eligible claimants, and compensation payments will occur within 90 days after the government decision. This highway project is part of a larger infrastructure initiative affecting over 410 plots in Sibiu and Vâlcea.
