The municipality has received applications from 44 operators for 52 locations, following the new rules established by HCL 305/2026. The auction process will consider three criteria: rental price, financial capacity, and type of public food space. The highest scoring offer wins, with a starting price of 2 lei per square meter per day. There are exceptions for occasional extensions and small areas that can be rented without auction.
