„Teoria Victoriei”. Planul NATO dacă Putin ordonă atacul. De la drone și AI la lovituri asupra structurilor de comandă

NATO is developing a defense plan for its eastern flank against potential Russian attacks, integrating drones and artificial intelligence into military operations. The plan, named "Victory Theory," will be presented by General Alexus Grynkewich on October 12 in Poland. Although officials state that a conventional attack from Russia is not imminent, they warn of possible hybrid attacks. The strategy aims to clarify NATO's response to incursions and ensure readiness. It will detail the integration of traditional military capabilities with new technologies, focusing on a swift victory by targeting Russian command structures while avoiding provocations. Tensions have escalated since the Ukraine war began, with increased hybrid threats from Russia.
