He is being investigated for attempted murder and will face a judge for preventive measures. The incident occurred on August 17, when the man accelerated towards his wife as she crossed the street. After hitting her, he continued driving, colliding with a parked car before returning to the scene, where he was restrained by bystanders. Police found he had consumed alcohol, registering 0.57 mg/l on a breathalyzer. The injured woman was taken to the hospital for treatment.
