A weather alert from the National Meteorological Administration (ANM) is in effect until Wednesday at 18:00, predicting strong winds and mixed precipitation. Wind gusts of 45-55 km/h are expected in southern Dobrogea, southern Moldova, and eastern Muntenia, while higher altitudes in the Banat Mountains and the Southern Carpathians may see gusts of 60-80 km/h. A yellow code warning for wind intensification has been issued. The lowest temperature recorded was -4 degrees Celsius in Iezer, with Bucharest at 6 degrees and coastal areas at 12 degrees. Fog was reported in Pitești and Craiova, but no precipitation occurred nationwide.
