The first section of the Sinaia gondola has been suspended due to a safety issue with one of its pillars. Tourists can still access the mountain using the cable car to 1400 meters and then the Carp gondola to 2000 meters. The mayor attributed the problem to land slides caused by nearby construction. The cable car operates daily, except for a delayed start on Tuesdays, while the Carp gondola runs normally with similar Tuesday hours. Tourists can still reach 2000 meters by combining both transport systems.
