TEILOR, DAAR, JANINE și Money Gold intră în RIVUS Cluj, proiect de 550 milioane de euro • Newsweek România

TEILOR Holding will open four brands in RIVUS Cluj-Napoca, a major mixed-use project worth 550 million euros. The development, led by IULIUS and Atterbury Europe, is transforming the former Carbochim industrial site into a vibrant urban destination. RIVUS will feature over 400 retail spaces, cultural and educational areas, and green parks. TEILOR will enhance the luxury jewelry segment, while DAAR and JANINE will introduce innovative collections. The project aims to create a premium shopping experience and improve community access to the Someș River, supported by a significant green financing agreement.
