At the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards, Taylor Swift set a new record by winning the 'Video of the Year' award for 'The Fate of Ophelia'. She also received the inaugural Artistic Director Honors, becoming the most awarded artist in VMA history. Swift has been involved in around 60 music videos, writing and directing 18 of them. During her acceptance speech, she expressed gratitude to her fans and dedicated her award to Dolly Parton. Additionally, she premiered her new music video for 'Patient Zero', featuring Colin Farrell and Dakota Johnson, marking her first single since marrying NFL player Travis Kelce.
