Taxe mai mici pentru tinerii angajați part-time. Măsura ar putea fi extinsă până la 26 de ani

A legislative proposal aims to reduce taxes for part-time workers under 26, regardless of their student status. Currently, only students benefit from tax exemptions on social contributions for part-time contracts. The proposed change would eliminate the requirement of being a student, allowing all young individuals under 26 to enjoy the same tax benefits. This initiative also addresses the NEET youth category, who are neither employed nor in education. The goal is to facilitate entry into the job market for young people, providing them with opportunities for stable employment and financial independence. The proposal has received support from various political parties and a favorable opinion from the Economic and Social Council.
