Taxe mai mici pentru contractele part-time ale tinerilor de până la 26 de ani
A legislative proposal aims to extend tax exemptions for part-time workers under 26, regardless of their student status. Currently, only students benefit from lower social contribution calculations. If approved, the new rule would help young people who are not in education but face similar employment challenges. The initiative also addresses NEET youth, who are neither employed nor in education, a significant demographic in Romania. The proposal has received support from various political parties and a favorable opinion from the Economic and Social Council.
