The National Company for Road Infrastructure Administration (CNAIR) advises drivers to disconnect from the TollRo app after completing their journey to avoid continued tariff calculations. Starting October 1, 2026, all road fees will be payable exclusively through the new Electronic Road Tariff System. TollRo applies to vehicles over 3.5 tons and calculates fees based on distance, vehicle weight, and emission class. The app offers features like online payment, user account management, and transaction history. Payments can be made in advance or based on distance traveled. Existing road taxes remain valid until their expiration date, and the current system will cease operations on September 30, 2026. Users can access instructional videos on the app's functionalities on CNAIR's official channels.
