TAROM va întrerupe zborurile între București și Belgrad la sfârșitul lunii octombrie, punând capăt celor șaisprezece ani de operațiuni pe această rută

TAROM has decided to suspend its Bucharest-Belgrade route, initially planned only for winter, now extended to summer 2027. The airline currently operates only two weekly flights, relying heavily on Air Serbia for passenger traffic. Despite a recent increase in passenger numbers, TAROM faces ongoing financial struggles and is undergoing a state-supported restructuring program. The airline reported a loss of 37 million euros in 2025 and has significant debts. This route suspension contradicts TAROM's strategy to develop Bucharest as a regional hub for Balkan destinations.
