TAROM introduce aeronava botezată Mircea Lucescu

TAROM has introduced its first Boeing 737 MAX 8, named "Mircea Lucescu," which will operate flights to major European cities. The aircraft, with a capacity of 189 seats, was directly acquired from Boeing and features advanced technology for reduced fuel consumption and emissions. It is designed for efficiency, being 50% quieter and capable of flying up to 6,400 kilometers. TAROM plans to receive a total of four Boeing 737s as part of its fleet renewal strategy, replacing older models. The next aircraft will be named after the renowned Romanian athlete Ivan Patzaichin.
