TAROM inaugurează prima aeronavă Boeing 737 MAX 8 din flotă, botezată „Mircea Lucescu”. Pe ce rute va zbura

TAROM has introduced its first Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft, named "Mircea Lucescu," which will operate flights to Paris, Amsterdam, Madrid, and Cluj. The aircraft, with a capacity of 189 seats, was inaugurated at Henri Coandă International Airport. It features advanced CFM LEAP-1B engines, offering reduced fuel consumption and lower emissions. The choice of the name reflects the values associated with the legendary Romanian coach, marking a new era for the airline. TAROM plans to renew its fleet with four Boeing 737s, having sold four older planes, with another MAX 8 expected soon, named after Ivan Patzaichin.
