The airline must prove its viability by December 31, 2026, to secure a state aid of €95.3 million. The restructuring of TAROM and attracting an investor are key objectives for the future Executive. A professional management team will be installed before opening the company to investors. Additionally, a National Aeronautical Group is planned to consolidate four operators under a common governance model. The program outlines two main directions: TAROM's restructuring and the establishment of a unified maintenance and production structure.
