Țările baltice cer UE să interzică tranzitul cerealelor rusești
Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia have proposed to the EU to ban the transit of Russian cereals through their territories. This initiative follows increased Russian cereal transport in response to Ukrainian attacks on Russian Black Sea ports. Estonia has already implemented a ban, and the proposal emphasizes that the EU should not facilitate Russia's economic recovery from its aggression. The Estonian Prime Minister plans to discuss this at the upcoming European Council meeting. Lithuania's Prime Minister supports the ban and suggests sanctions against Russian agricultural businessmen backing the war.
