Nearly 90,000 students worldwide applied for scholarships in Romania, with Pakistan leading at 14,515 applications. The program, managed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, saw a significant increase in applications, particularly from Asia and Africa. Scholarships are available for non-EU citizens with a minimum high school average of 7. The initiative aims to strengthen bilateral relations and promote Romanian universities.
