A 24-year-old man from Roșia was placed under judicial control after causing an accident while driving without a license and under the influence of alcohol. The incident occurred on October 30, when he collided with another vehicle due to not maintaining a safe distance. Police discovered he had no driving permit and his motorcycle was unregistered. A breathalyzer test showed a blood alcohol level of 1.00 mg/l. He was initially detained for 24 hours before being presented to prosecutors, who imposed a 60-day judicial control.
