A 20-year-old woman from Constanța has been detained by police after being involved in multiple violent incidents. She is under investigation for nine criminal cases related to attacks on individuals in public spaces and stores. Despite a history of medical issues, a psychiatric evaluation confirmed she had discernment during the incidents. The police are continuing their investigations to clarify the circumstances of her aggressive behavior, which occurred between July and October. The woman has been held for 24 hours and will be presented to a prosecutor for potential preventive measures, including a proposal for preventive arrest.
