A 20-year-old woman was detained in Constanța for physically assaulting multiple women in public spaces. Despite her medical history, experts determined she acted with discernment during the incidents. The assaults occurred between July and October, targeting five women in various locations. Following a psychiatric evaluation, she was found fit to stand trial and was held for 24 hours on charges of violence and public disorder. She will be presented to the prosecutor for further legal action, maintaining her presumption of innocence throughout the process.
